  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • During busy periods, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available) once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom

  • Europe

  • International destinations (where available)

If shipping is unavailable to your location, you will be notified during checkout or contacted after your order is placed.

3. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • United Kingdom: 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, shipping method, and order size.

Any available free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website.

5. Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.

NARGIS NARGIS LTD. is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

9. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the damage

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

10. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be changed or cancelled. You may be able to return the item in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
